At ekantastudio, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garment is unworn and in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
